Trademark Renewal

REQUIREMENTS

For Overseas Trademark Owners:

1. The registration number/copy of Certificate of Trademark Registration;
2. Name, address and nationality of the current owner;
3. Trademark in JPEG + details of the mark;
4. A Declaration of use* simply signed by the trademark owner;
5. A Special Power of Attorney* simply signed by the trademark owner.

Note: 

• No legalization on the Power of Attorney is necessary.

For Indonesian Trademark Owners:

1. The registration number/copy of Certificate of Trademark Registration;
2. Name, address and nationality of the Applicant(s)/current owner;
3. A Declaration of Continued use* signed by the trademark owner;
4. A Special Power of Attorney* signed by the trademark owner;
5. Copy of the trademark owner’s ID (KTP);
6. Official excerpt of Deed of Establishment and NIB (where the applicant is a corporate body);
7. Copy of the signatory’s ID/KTP (where the applicant is a corporate body). The signatory should be the Director in charge of the company.

PROCEDURES

​Request for trademark renewal shall be filed within a period of not more than 6 (six) months before the expiry of the protection period of your registered trademark. A standard trademark renewal requires between 1 and 30 days to complete.
