As an advocate and a registered Intellectual property (IP) attorney, Lucky has been providing legal and consulting services with a focus on the areas of registration and protection of IPR (trademarks, patents, industrial designs and copyrights) since 1996. Her depth of knowledge and experience provides the expertise required to protect and manage our clients' IP, both in Indonesia and overseas. She has obtained protections for Indonesia’s well-known brands in European Union, Benelux, UK, US, China, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and in many other countries in Europe, Asia and Africa.

Lucky began her career in 1996 as an IP lawyer with AMROOS & PARTNERS (now "AMR Partnership"), one of leading IP law firms in Indonesia. In 2003, she left her position as Head of the IP Litigation Department of Amroos & Partners and founded Globomark.

With over 28 years of experience in Information Technology, Yudhi Haryadi brings a unique blend of expertise at the intersection of technology, transportation systems, digital payment solutions, and intellectual property. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions in publicly listed technology companies and has been actively involved in shaping innovation-driven strategies.

As a registered Intellectual Property Consultant (No. 0861-2015), Yudhi oversees trademark, patent, design, copyright, and related IP matters for both domestic and international clients. His multidisciplinary background enables him to approach IP protection not only from a legal perspective but also with a deep understanding of business, systems, and emerging technologies.

Yudhi is also a Co-Founder of Globomark Intellectual Property, established in 2003.
