We will, within ONE business day, send you by e-mail the completed PoA and Assignment forms for your/your client signature. Please send scanned version of the simply signed PoA and Assignment back to us, along with other required documents.

Notes:

Author shall mean a person or several persons jointly upon whose inspiration a Work is produced, based on the intellectual ability, imagination, dexterity, skill or expertise manifested in a distinctive form and is of a personal nature.
Applicant/Copyright Holder shall mean the Author as the Owner of the Copyright, or any person who receives the right from the Author, or any other person who subsequently receives the right from the aforesaid person.
When an application for registration of a work is filed on behalf of more than one person or legal entities that are jointly entitled to the work, the application shall be furnished with an official copy of the written explanation or deed evidencing said fact.
