_Globomark.com was founded in early 2003 by Lucky Setiawati, SH, Advocate and Intellectual property (IP) Consultant  registered at the Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Ministry of Law and Human Rights. Since 1997, Lucky has been providing legal and consulting services with a focus in the areas of registration and protection of IPR (trademarks, patents, industrial designs and copyrights).

This website, which is designed for IP owners and our IP friends, provides information and news relating to the Indonesian IPR laws and regulations,  resumes of the existing IPR cases,  and other informations relate to our services. The contents are not intended to be used as a reference or basis for a legal action or other.
