Practice:
Lucky has participated in the preparation and prosecution of numerous applications for trademark, patent, copyright and industrial design registration in the Indonesian Intellectual Property Office. Through overseas correspondents, she also has acquired trademark protections for her Indonesian clients in IP offices around the world. She has participated in the prosecution and defense of opposition in the IP Office, IP cancellation proceedings and has involved in other litigation of IP infringement. She has counseled clients with respect to various IP issues including the protection of IP and cease and desist infringement actions.
Lucky began her career in 1996 as a lawyer with AMROOS & PARTNERS (formerly AMROOS LAW CONSULTANT), one of leading IP law firms in Indonesia. In 2003, she left her position as Head of the IP Litigation Department of Amroos & Partners and joined Globomark.

Kirana returned to legal practice after 13 years services with various multinational companies as the Legal Vice-President. She herself executed and supervised all the legal aspects of their activities and business, including their corporatisation, negotiation of deals and contracts, and all claims and disputes. Kirana’s practice now extends to the foreign investment company and petrochemical industry as well as other areas of corporate law.
