The Required Documents for Recordal of Assignment/Merger
For recording an assignment:
- A Deed of Assignment that is notarized and legalized at the Indonesian Consulate;
- A Power of Attorney and a Statement of Intention to Use, both are simply signed on behalf of the Assignee.
Note:
- Registration that consists of the identical or similar mark and covering similar goods are associated and should be recorded simultaneously.
For recording a Merger:
- A Deed of Merger that is notarized and legalized at the Indonesian Consulate;
- A Power of Attorney and a Statement of Intention to Use, both are simply signed on behalf of by the Assignee (the surviving company).
Note:
- All Trademark Registration in the name of the same should be recorded simultaneously.
